This beautiful tulle skirt is a perfectly playful piece and adds that little extra to your costume! Made from soft drapey tulle and embellished all over in silver and gold sequin stars! A matching waist tie allows for size adjustment and elegant removal on stage! A lovely versatile garment with lots of sparkle, that moves beautifully - and you can also wear it as a cape if you want! The three shaped panels make up about 3/4 of a circle, so LOTS of volume to work with!
